Founded by Stuart Ritchie, a certified personal trainer and lifelong mountain enthusiast, the mission is simple – to share the awe and fulfilment that comes from conquering summits and embracing the beauty of nature, and having the fitness to match it.
My journey began as a young 16-year-old, standing amidst the high peaks of the Andes. It was there, surrounded by the beautiful mountains, that I discovered the love for trekking and the exhilaration of true adventure. That pivotal moment ignited a lifelong dedication to the mountains, and commitment to inspire and guide others towards their own summits of achievement.
Trek & Climb Fitness is more than a coaching service; it’s a platform for success. Drawing from personal extensive experience, I craft personalised training programs that empower aspiring adventurers to embrace their full potential. I carefully tailor each plan, blending proven methodologies with a dash of my own mountain specific training, ensuring you’re not just ready for your expedition, but also able to really enjoy it.
