No, there are no hidden or extra costs to your training. Everything is included within the monthly payments.

There is NO contract locking you in for a minimum amount of time but I do recommend sticking with any programme for at least 3 months to see results / changes. Cancellations require a 2 weeks notice. More information on this is available on my “client / trainer agreement”.

You don’t need to have access to a gym but it will help with your training if you were to consider it. Workouts can be adapted to whatever resources / exercise equipment you have.

As of August 2023, I stopped taking on any new 1-2-1 clients in the Aberdeen (Scotland) area, so I could focus more on my online coaching. I do however still train existing clients on a 1-2-1 basis.

All payments will be set up within the Trainerize app on a monthly basis. These payments come off automatically on the same day every month.

If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your coaching all I require is a 2 weeks notice so I can adjust payments and plans.

If you have been training with Trek & Climb Fitness and you come back from an expedition but would like to keep up with some sort of training this is of course possible. Monthly costs can be reduced post expedition so you can still train effectively all year round.
